The challenge: attention spread across an inbox
Important requests compete with routine notices and newsletters. The design brings message review, prioritization and response writing into one workspace, with an explicit decision before any outgoing action.

Context before composition
The documented flow starts with categorized sample messages, then opens a contextual review drawer. Original content, summary, intent and priority appear together so a draft can be assessed with its source in view.
- Searchable inbox and visible priority labels.
- A review drawer that retains the original message.
- Editable response suggestions and an explicit approval step.

Human review is the product principle
The reply workflow is designed around editing, shortening, expanding, copying or discarding a suggestion. Approval is an intentional action. The concept does not imply that an assistant sends messages automatically.

What the prototype represents
The supplied case study describes a standalone HTML prototype with seeded records and client-side state. Gmail authorization, synchronization and AI drafting are simulated. The referenced HTML source is not in the current asset package, so this presentation relies on the documented flow and supplied visuals.
