01 / BEACON
Designing for a moving situation
Roadside operations involve callers, vehicles, dispatchers, field units and billing teams. The interface needs to support immediate action while keeping enough context for a clear handoff to the next person.
02 / BEACON
One operational story
The concept follows a service request from capture through assignment and completion. Job states, unit availability and customer information form a shared thread rather than separate disconnected screens.
- Capture caller, vehicle, location and service needs.
- Review the queue and assign an available unit.
- Carry completed work into account-aware billing.

03 / BEACON
Make status easy to scan
Dark navigation, warm-white work surfaces and a yellow accent establish a clear hierarchy. Compact labels and consistent module navigation distinguish current actions from supporting records. Sample revenue, service and fleet figures inside the mockups are illustrative.
04 / BEACON
Close the operational loop
Billing and reporting belong to the same narrative as dispatch. The supplied mockups explore how completed work can retain the details needed for invoice preparation and management review.

05 / BEACON
Concept scope
The deliverable is an interface concept and portfolio mockup set. No application source or technical architecture was supplied. The work is presented as information architecture and UI design, with no deployment, integration or measured efficiency claim.
