Recruitment activity was spread across spreadsheets, candidate documents and manual status updates. The design challenge was to make records, open vacancies and hiring stages easier to follow together, with clear responsibilities for different team members.

The interface brings an overview of recruitment activity into the dashboard, then gives candidate and vacancy records their own focused views. The hierarchy moves from a broad operational picture to the details needed for an individual hiring task.

A restrained navy, gold and warm-white visual system separates navigation, information surfaces and primary actions. Tables and status labels carry the detail; decoration stays secondary to readability.

The case-study documentation describes administrative and recruiter responsibilities, document workflows and CSV exports. Access permissions formed part of the implementation scope alongside responsive interface design. This portfolio is a presentation of the work, not a security audit of the recruitment application.

The documented work spans product thinking, interface design, web implementation and backend integration. Time savings, placement conversion and recruitment revenue have not been measured, so the outcome is described through the delivered workflow rather than an invented business result.
